Eat a few of them in front of the others.

I'll just bite the head off one like Ozzy used to do. They will get the message.

RE: Tomato plant questions
In case anyone cares, my plant is still going strong. I've harvested 5 so far, 4 more are gonna be picked in the next day or two. 6 others should be ready in a week or two. And the fourth flower cluster just blossomed a few days ago, so 5 more tomatoes should develop soon.

Cool. Mine are still green- it was a cool spring for the most part. Now they are getting their heat units and fruiting. They are huge because of the cold weather (produces too much green growth). About 6 feet tall and counting. There will be zillions of tomatoes this year - beautiful heirlooms - and many green ones to harvest at the end of the season.

Awesome. I wish I would have planted more than just one. I just don't have a ton of room on my patio, at least where theres enough sunlight.

Strawberries going mad as well.

Raspberry doing surprisingly well after having suffered from nasty little spider mites.

RE: Tomato plant questions
Being that I live in Texas and we don't get cold weather until October at the earliest, I went ahead and grabbed two more plants. Got a containter/patio variety of larger determinate tomatoes and a sweet red bell pepper plant. Only had em for 2 days so far so we'll see how they do. They already seem to be perking up a bit.

gorgeous tomatoes!

I have lots of green ones, but my plants are getting really leggy. I probably should have pulled more suckers off Sad

Leggy = not enough sunlight
