M*A*S*H was in my all time top ten list. I also doubt any television show will ever top the two strongest reactions I ever had to a TV show which were when Radar said that Col. Blake had died, and the final episode! I actually still can't think about Blake without tearing up.

I have a mixture of television shows but I do enjoy them now and then. I have more then 5 Smile

3. True Blood
4. Science Channel - Anything that educates the mind.
5. Military Channel - Again anything that can educate my mind whether it's history, present, or future.

1. Ghost in the Shell - S.A.C.
For one, it's the basis of my forum avatar. Secondly, it's interesting to look at other people's visions of what the future is going to be like.

2. Death Note
It's fun to put yourself in Light's place, and consider what you would do if that kind of power was just plopped onto your lap

(I'm running late, no explanations for the rest.)

3. South Park

4. Boondocks

5. Cowboy Bebop

RE: Top 5 favorite TV shows and why
Currently? I'm a big fan of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Report, South Park, Penn and Teller's Bullshit and Mythbusters.

I like shows that make you laugh AND make you think.

Some of my favourite shows in the past have included Blackadder, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Angel and even the 80s Transformers series (as long as I go in with my brain turned off).

For God so loved the world that he arranged for everyone to both have free will and to suffer the terrible consequences of making the wrong choice. Kind of a dick move, God.

3. King of Queens (Big fan of Patton Oswald, Jerry Stiller, and Nicole Sullivan)
4. That 70s Show (I love classic rock and stoner comedy)
5. Tie between Community and The Office (Both show are well writen and have an amazing cast)

Animation
1. South Park (I love the satire and how Matt and Trey aren't afraid who they offend!)
2. Family Guy (I love the stabs at pop culture clithes!)
3. Bob's Burgers (Never fails to make me laugh)

I love documentaries, especially about science, medicine, history. Otherwise: House, Glee, Weeds, Dexter, South Park, Friends, Mythbusters (at least earlier, it's beginning to become a little tiresome).
