Top Ten Films of All Time?
What are your guys' favorite films of all time? Let's go with a nice number like ten.
  1. The Big Lebowski, 1998
  2. The Matrix, 1999
  3. Harold and Maude, 1971
  4. Wall Street, 1987
  5. Fight Club, 1999
  6. Dog Day Afternoon, 1975
  7. The War of the Roses, 1989
  8. Toy Story, 1995
  9. Jason and the Argonauts, 1963
  10. Shaun of the Dead, 2004

Honorable mentions also go to The Shawshank Redemption (1994), Memento (2000), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), Primal Fear (1996), and War of the Worlds (1953).

Another fan of the Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy, I see. I can't wait for the third installment: The World's End. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have this chemistry with one another in front of a camera that's mind-blowingly great and never gets old.

Pegg and Frost are great Tongue I've been looking forward to another film with them together for a long while. I'll have to pay attention for when that third installment will be coming, I heard about it a little while ago but life has been a little hectic to keep up with films Tongue

Personally I'm disappointed to see that it's only a trilogy. Wright did such a good job parodying zombie flicks and buddy cop flicks, and I'm assuming The World's End is an "end of the world" flick (duh). There are so many more movie genres to parody.

True, but at least it has a chance to end on a strong note before jumping the shark...

That's assuming The World's End is actually good. But yeah, I agree. It's gonna go down as one of my favorite trilogies. Like, seriously, right below LotR and the real Star Wars trilogy.

Oh, Natasha, I forgot about the Studio Ghibli films. I love Princess Mononoke and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. Miyazaki is brilliant. I haven't seen Ponyo yet, but I'll get to it eventually. Ghibli is also working on a video game called Ni no Kuni, which looks great.

Ghibli is like the Pixar of Japan.
