Let me get this straight, are we talking gadgets or your other form of entertainment? Consider

I love my MP3 players (possibly 'cause I never go anywhere without it) and am also quite particular about my earbuds (should be small, comfortable and noise-reducing). Right now I have a Cowon and must say it is indeed the best I've used so far.

Computers are also something I'm willing to spend a fair amount of money on, esp. as I spend my whole day, 7 days a week, working on one and staring at a monitor.
A weird thingamy (not really a gadget worth mentioning, but still...) I bought once is this http://www.komverse.com/2010/07/11/pajam...eepphones/ 'cause I'm an excruciatingly light sleeper, but the speakers are not nearly powerful enough, so it's gathering dust on my nightstand.

RE: Toys
I have a 360 (soon to have halo 4). My favorite things to play with are not actually things (objects). I love me some birds. Right now since my parents are still without electricity, all of the birds including my macaw are staying at my house right now. On top of that, I also have my african grey that has lived with us since I got her. They are such fun. I also have a 42" lcd hd tv that I play the 360 on and also watch tv with my wife. I have a laptop however, I really don't spend too much time on it any more. The most I do is check my email and play Starport Galactic Empires once in a while.

RE: Toys
You made a huge mistake and created a thread about toys in the presence of larpers.

My phone is a toy I never leave home without, because I can play music on it and I can communicate (send free texts to all networks, woo!).

Other toys (In order of value in euro)

My 7s Esteve, which I saved up 3 years to buy, and finally bought to coincide with my Grade 6 exam. It's got a cedar top, indian rosewood back, ebony fingerboard and mahogany neck. It sounds like heaven.

My laptop, on which all games are played. My father bought this for me for Christmas two years ago. I won't bore you with the specs. I sound nerdy enough as it is. But it's pretty good for a laptop.

My netbook, mostly for work but also for carrying around when I'm travelling:

My beating stick: 37' latex sabre, which I use to beat up other nerds like me.

My larp-safe bow and arrows. Well, safe until I get a nut-shot.

My shield, for when I need to get into close combat:

And my side-arm (it doesn't look nearly as new as it does on the website picture):

I actually do have a coat of arms. But the picture isn't actually my shield (it's a picture I found on the internet of my shield, from the website where I bought it). I don't own a camera Sad

Can't say I'm surprised - all your money is obviously tied up in weaponry Laughat

This was from a while back. Since then I've gotten rid of a few, and sold a few. Also purchased a couple. Tongue
