RE: Trump's Immigration Ban
Overnight, the appellate court denied an emergency filing by Trump and left the ban of the ban standing.

So do you think he'll just circumvent it somehow ? Is it binding or just one states protest ?

I’m going to use that next time I hear someone say, “Get over it snowflake”. Thumbsup

Geeze, there's no one more "snowflaky" than thin skinned, super sensitive little Donney.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

It has one more step before it goes to the top court of the land. Or - it can head straight there. Those are the alternatives. The judiciary is trying to teach Trump that the law matters. That's how I see it.

He definitely could. With Trump, you have to assume it is in the playbook. Who will stop him? Congress? If he chose to ignore it, the only potential hiccup to his agenda is insubordination.

I'm seeing a lot more of that than I've ever seen before. You put gag rules on civil servants and nothing you do will be secret. Everything you say and do will be leaked. White House illegal immigrant cleaning crew gonna be making bank on the side.

Court denies Trump administration request to restore travel ban

"We'll accomplish the stay and will win the case on the merits," Vice President Mike Pence said.

Yeah, that's bullshit. You fuckers aren't fooling girly. At this point you know you're going to inevitably have to rescind this order and are scrambling how you can spin it so you come out of this looking like the good guy who abandoned it in Jesus' name while not alienating you're out of control, fire-breathing, fear-monger loving, fee fie fo fum I smell the blood of a Mexican Muslim base. God speed Mr. Pence, God speed.

The WH is currently leaking like a broken colander.

Even hard-core conservative support media like Drudge and Daily Caller, as well as traditional outlets like Washington Post and Politico, are seeing an avalanche of leaks.

Drudge says, There is, to put it mildly, a rather clearly recurring theme: a torqued up man-child, alternatively rageful and fragile, both grandiose and profoundly insecure.

Daily Caller writes, Hundreds Of White House Staffer’s Emails Get Leaked

Politico has, A feeling of distrust has taken hold in the West Wing of Donald Trump’s White House and beyond... The result has been a stream of leaks flowing from the White House and federal agencies, and an attempt to lock down information and communication channels that could have serious consequences across the government and at the Capitol, where Trump tries to implement and advance his agenda.

The Washington Post nailed it with, The leaks coming out of the Trump White House cast the president as a clueless child and The leaks coming out of the Trump White House right now are totally bananas

On top of that, there are a number of Twitter accounts that ostensibly are being run by operatives inside the WH. They include:
White House Leaks
Trump Admin Leaks
Rogue POTUS Staff
among others.

To be sure, there's no way to know if those twitter accounts are actually who they say they are. They may be real, or they may be someone in a basement in Moscow.

Good news is that I don't have to change my lesson plan.

IT Security 101:

CIA - Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of data.

Scope: PLOP - Physical, Logical, Organisational and Procedural Security.

And the greatest risk has always been Organisational & Procedural Confidentiality.

But I won't be using Clinton's emails as an example anymore. Seems kinda trivial in comparison.
