The transparency issue in question is about the speeches she gave to Wall Street banks for $250,000 a piece, not her private e-mails. Try to keep up.

Are you telling me that if someone offered you $250,000 to talk at them for thirty minutes, you'd turn down the gig?

What about the transcript of the speech Trump gave to the pyramid scheme ACN LLC for $450,000? I'd like to see that. I mean in the name of transparency and whatnot.

Who said they're equivalent?

You are the one who made them equivalent. Read your own damn posts.

Throw DLJ and me in jail! The company of all the other public speakers who get paid to travel around and talk will be stimulating!

First, I'm not running for president. Second, she wasn't "offered" 250k. That's another much repeated lie from the Clinton campaign. The e-mail leaks that came out this year showed that her aides demanded $250,000 and asked the banks to cover the flight and luxury hotel costs as well. I'll go dig up the relevant e-mail(s) in case you haven't seen them already.

No, I didn't. At no point in my post did I say that they're equivalent or use a phrase like "She did the same thing" that implies equivalence. Maybe you should read my posts more carefully.

Yeah, same goes for the Wall Street speeches that Clinton categorically refuses to release. What a curious coincidence that nobody in the corporate mainstream media or on TTA is talking about those anymore.

Yes, really. What are you seeing in the bolded part that you take issue with, exactly? Are you trying to deny that the fallout that happened during the primaries due to her refusal to release her Wall Street speeches doesn't indicate that something bad is in them that is worth keeping them secret? Because that's the part of Dom's post that it's referencing.

I've already told you. Your statement makes those two equivalent.
