I do apologize if I have misconstrued your words. That is just how I took them,

What is the acceptable amount of battery in this situation?

Ideally, none. But when cops are involved, there are no guarantees.

It's not about doing the intelligent thing, IMO, the *right* thing was exactly what he did. Tell them to get stuffed. Sure you might get hurt, but you also don't have to take shit from dickheads. Three cheers for Dr Dao, and fuck UA and their thuggish business practices.

I used to think like that, when I was younger.

Now I'm more of the "don't get mad; get even" school of thought.

If they're basing it on any factors other than a random number generator, I question that it was technically a "randomized pick". But neither do I believe it was deliberate racial bias.

Well, I think Dr Dao can be satisfied with the cost/benefit of this outcome. Few broken teeth -> grovelling CEO. You don't see that shit very often.

Now they have an incident at American Airlines.

I've said it before and I will say it again: too many rats in a cage.

Humans get stressed out when being herded like cattle while trying to be places on time. Then they get to be packed in like sardines. I am surprised there are not more violent outbreaks.

Seems like that's exactly what he's doing ... only, he allowed them to dig their hole deeper first.

This incident was totally different and handled quickly and appropriately by airline.

Yeah they did good with that but it's upsetting it happened regardless.

So, if strollers aren't allowed, how was she allowed to board the plane with a stroller? Or am I missing something?
