I voted no opinion because there is not enough info to go with answering the question.

For no matter how much I use these symbols, to describe symptoms of my existence.
You are your own emphasis.
So I say nothing.

Uni is a bit of a joke anyway when it comes to shit like this. They are never as organised as they should be considering how much a course costs.

So after one month, there is no way to contact the professor ?
How did you contact them during that first month ?

Insanity - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

For the first month while things are still being organised and people are settling in. I think it's understandable (although a uni should be better organised) anything after that I'd say it's unacceptable.

Behold the power of the force!

What more information do you need? Office hours should have been established from the start, and was not for a small minority of the students.

I have emailed him, but it doesn't seem to accomplish much.

This isn't some english course, where you may never go visit the professor or TA. This is an engineering course, and we have been knee deep in problems from day one.
