Video Video Discussion (Drunk man tries to hop fence)
There are a lot of things on the internet one can see. This one I am curious about today, so I thought I'd share.

After watching this video, let's discuss.

What was going through the man's mind? What would he think if he knew he had been secretly video taped, or his feelings after this has gone viral? What was the boy thinking/feeling? Also you, as you watch? Or other things.

Curious about other's reactions! Smile

It's a video representation of a Theist clinging to the God of the gaps.

Damn they discovered another pre-human, let me try here, can evidence be overcome, haha there is a thousand year gap in the fossil record over here.

Theism is to believe what other people claim, Atheism is to ask "why should I".

RE: Video Discussion (Drunk man tries to hop fence)
I think this man represents the growing struggles in today's modern society.
The fence metaphorically represents the hurdles that are put in our way, bills, stress, work, kids, etc.. and are barriers in our fast paced modern society that block us on our true path to happiness. And we are like the drunk man, stumbling around on the wrong side of the fence without a focused goal on the important things. Thus, we continuously bash and struggle to get over the fence due to our "drunkenness" state.
BUT if we remain vigilant in our lives and keep putting one foot infront of the other than eventually the hole in the seemingly unpassable barrier will reveal itself to us and we will overcome the fence of life and reach the otherside and the greener grass it possesses.

That is what that video says to me.

I was thinking...

What for is the fence?

Consider

I also thunked about the choice of music which turned the ridiculous into the sublime; the mundane into art (as so astutely interpreted by our art critic above).

Consider

Sorry, but the guy was agile and coordinated when he first started to scale the fence and at the mi way point, if he indeed was as drunk as he appeared to be, staggering and holding on to the fence for ballance, he would have never even made it half way up the fence.

My conclusion, this was staged.

If bullshit were music some people would be a brass band.

You thought that was agile and co-ordinated?!?!?

That's what I'm like when I'm drunk but concentrating really, really hard.

WTAF are you like when you're drunk? Incapable of standing?

If you ever get around to hosting a party... I'll be on the next available aircraft.

I just think its another example of the younger generation cruising by some of us old people. like with technology--hand an ipad to an 8 year old and they are making movies and uploading them, and sharing it around the world in minutes, hand one to a person who is 80 and they can't figure out how to turn it on.

I'm curious if the guy was trying to break out of someplace? or trying to break in?
