My question is what happens if a person has sight privilege and can't see the jazz hands? If a person were to ask about a disability, what happens if that is then interpreted as a micro-aggression?

The tweet says anxiety. However, I do remember some conference where they had the same rule for being sensitive to autistic people. Ironically a lot of people on the autism scale were offended because it was condescending.
