Maybe Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert is Québécois. Consider

They're primarily in Québec and New Brunswick. Maybe a couple in Ontario.

This has me puzzling over what I could put in a Texas swag bag...BBQ sauce? Dry rub? An armadillo? Of course, using the dry rub or BBQ sauce on the armadillo would probably be a bad idea. Tongue
