On second thought, no rush LadyJ. There's a few things I gotta pick up before it's ready.

Ha ha. Careful with those borders when you mail, yo.

I can work on picking the name tomorrow or so (basically soon). Then you can pick.

KETCHUP CHIPS ARE NUMBER ONE. Just had to say. Big Grin What brand did you send… or were going to send?

Do they sell Cajun/Creole spices in Canadian grocery stores? More specifically, Tony Chachere's (always had it growing up, despite not living in Cajun country, but necessary for a lot of the dishes I cook). Trying to figure out what to bring Shy

The Old Dutch onion and garlic chips, which they threatened to discontinue but which are still available in boxes, are nom.

I also suspect that Old Dutch bought Humpty Dumpty primarily to get their BBQ chip seasoning recipe, as the Old Dutch BBQ chips got suddenly 300% better. I grew up in Montreal and adored the Humpty Dumpty version, although the potato part of the chips left a bit to be desired.

I will spend a few weeks collecting what I know/imagine to be Canadian treats and representation, put it in a pretty package and send it. Please reply if you want it. I will put names in a hat, pick one and then that will be it. Basically to play you can't live in Canada (or be named Chas) and if you're too far away and it costs me a million dollars in postage I will just take out the heaviest things until it meets an appropriate budge number.
