Was Jesus a fish?

Do you think that one of the world's most popular religious brands might have started out as a clever kid nailing a fish to a tiny cross as a joke sacrifice at Passover?

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.

I think, in our hearts of hearts, we have ALL pondered this at one time or another.

And wondering "What kind of fish?" is what's responsible for all the denominations!

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

Symbolic meaning. ΙΧΘΥΣ, or also ΙΧΘΥC with lunate sigma (Ichthys) is a backronym/acrostic for "Ἰησοῦς Χριστός, Θεοῦ Υἱός, Σωτήρ", (Iēsous Christos, Theou Yios, Sōtēr) contemporary Koine [ie̝ˈsus kʰrisˈtos tʰeˈu (h)yˈjos soˈte̝r], which translates into English as "Jesus Christ, Son of God, Saviour."

The invisible and the non-existent look very much alike

I'm not talking symbolism. I'm asking if he might have been an actual fish.

So what you're saying it the New Testament is a real Fish out of water tale? Laugh out load

Truth thou the whole fish thing started because when they were just a cult they would use the Jesus fish as a way to point the directions to their meetings.

Don't Live each day like it's your last. Live each day like you have 541 days after that one where every choice you make will have lasting implications to you and the world around you. ~ Tim Minchin

Hmm, let me mullet over...
...whale, if you're just squidding, let minnow, but I suppose, given that Jesus is supposed to be cod, any fin is possible.

I am not accountable to any God. I am accountable to myself - and not because I think I am God as some theists would try to assert - but because, no matter what actions I take, thoughts I think, or words I utter, I have to be able to live with myself.
