Quidsane is right, actually. Not only that, exercise also makes you smarter, increases your memory, and reduces neural degeneration.

My sister's PhD thesis actually studies the underlying mechanisms of exercise as a neural enhancer. She spent years making rats run on treadmills. I'd link you to the thesis but it's not online, and Quidsane already provided plenty of useful links.

Also, eating good food/having fun and exercising aren't mutually exclusive Tongue
