I've been doing little bursts of strength-building exercises here and there -- Push-ups against the wall, grabbing a pair of dumbbells and doing shoulder presses.

We also picked up a magazine at the checkout that had recipes for interesting-looking healthy snacks. I tried the recipe for kale chips today (essentially, tear the kale off the stems; mix with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil; bake in slow oven, checking it every 5 minutes or so and tossing around on the cookie sheet till all the kale pieces are crispy and dry.)

Ack! Where has this thread been for a week?! I need motivation, guys. I've fallen off the bandwagon.

I'm on a regular workout schedule and I'm changing the way I eat. I added planks to my regular workout.

I prefer fantasy, but I have to live in reality.
