Well pritty much the only goal I have for 2014 is to pass my final exams, then get to uni, best case scenario = move to Berlin.

That's a good goal. Have you looked into protein powders and protein recommended intake per day? You should research. Also, look up the anabolic window.

I went rock climbing on Tuesday! My goal is to build more activity like that into my life. I hate straight up exercising, I lose motivation within a week or two.

I'm going to try to do more yoga, too. So far... none. *embarrassed*

What Adrian said, plus make sure you take in the protein after your workout. The workout works your muscles and tears them down. Protein after a work out gives them what they need to repair, rebuild, and get stronger. And also... Never skip leg day!

protein powders are too damn expensive. I'll just eat more meat
