I'm thinking 3x a week. It should be a doable amount for me. And then I can do more if I feel like it. There was a period of about two months where I was doing some yoga almost every day. But that's the thing. Two months and I stop. I'm terrible with commitments. Tongue

why the hell did I read this thread? now you all have nudged in the motivation area. Angry I was perfectly happy in my recliner thank you very much. Now I swear I can hear the erg machine calling my name. And like an idiot I thought….seriously, who can't do a plank for 20 seconds. I can do any exercise listed in seconds pffft!! no problem.


so silly me gets down on the floor. And let me tell you something….




20 seconds is an eternity when you are a fatty.


day 1 plank challenge- complete.

edited to add: fitbit back on my wrist, and will be starting again with map your run (although I walk) app and My fitness pal calorie logs.

Day 2- wasn't as bad as Day 1
