I did my second day! It hurt worse than the first! Tongue

I told a co worker about my troubles and he laughed at me, got down on the office floor and did a plank for a full minute. Censored

so my sister in law sent me this one. It's squats and pushups. starts nice & easy.

I'll do it. But it ends pretty difficult. Also you may want to watch a video on how to do squats correctly, many people's form is wrong. Same for pushups.

I'll even print this calendar out (and add the plank stuff to it)!!
...My handwriting sucks and I don't expect anybody to use this (seriously, don't make your own it'll be much nicer) but..

Actually I kind of forgot you could do push-ups like that... But I do some movements like that with yoga so I feel like I'm doing enough for now Tongue

I've done day 2 of plank, and day 1 of the other plan...but I'll just go on the pushup and squat plan for my "day rank" and say I've done day 1 and day 2 is today!
