i started with 40 seconds today. I will add 20 sec to every day's challenge,if that helps.

I suppose it was easy since all i do is compound exercises,so i'm kinda used to using all these muscles at once

I don't really like going outside.
It's too damn "peopley" out there....

I take back my words. I did 3*45 secs with a half min rest between doing it,and i could only do 36 secs the 4th time. Fuck you planking!!!!

I don't really like going outside.

I searched for ways to spice up planks (du'h,planks are boring as crap,even if it only takes about a minute) and found it.

I was missing Georgia today....
So I made sopes de al pastor and sweet tea (south ga style)
I think I gained 50lbs Weeping

I skipped yesterday... So I decided I'd just two planks today.

In an attempt to justify my failure, I *did* do a couple hours of dancing yesterday. We're having a city wide company part where each school has to do a performance, so we started practicing ours yesterday. I got pretty sweaty, so that counts, right? Tongue


Ok ok I'm doing my first plank now.. Next one in an hour.
