I have no problem watching Noah. I mean come on, it does look great. Its like Clash of the Titans(1891) its
a fun retelling of a myth. I like how they have everyone going after the ark trying to take it. Lots more interesting than the biblical account anyway, dare I say it sounds more realistic?Tongue

It would be a great movie...if millions of people weren't delusional that this actually happened.

I Heard that Lucas's ILM did the CGI for the battle with the Saurian faction.
Should be awesome. " I can't believe its a true story"

I equally agree with both of you here. I think it looks like it could be good to watch, if taken in the perspective of watching a mythology movie...except for the fact that people still believe this particular myth, and want to teach it in our schools as science...

But over all the second movie I posted just makes me want to punch it in it's stupid face.Censored

The Bible has to be real.

I saw in your intro thread that you were a practicing Catholic.

However, I am catching a whiff of sarcasm in your post Thumbsup

Absolutely. That second one is really annoying with the 'based on a true story' in the trailer.

The parents just saw the $$$$ signs and made the BS up.

Oh my Vishnu! They so need to make this movie. I would so watch it. All the creation nuts would be going crazy, and we could chant, "teach the controversy".

And they'd be like, "There is now controversy in Creationism. We are in agreement, there was only one ark. You guys are just making it up that there is a controversy within Creationism about how many arks there were, and what really happened to the dinosaurs".

And we'd be like, "Nope, there is a controversy within Creationism, and we want equal time to preach the two boat flood story in your churches"!

We so need to get a movement started to get this in their churches!

Speaking of controversies, I was doing a little digging on the 'dinosaur' mentioned in the bible. King James says something such as 'a tail like a cedar tree.' However, the correct translation was more to the degree of "a penis like a cedar tree."

The seriously annoying thing about it is that you know after it plays, people will be telling you things that happened in the move as though it's evidence, like, "And then the boy saw his grandfather, but he grandfather was a young man. How do you explain that, huh?"

And you will just look at them, in their poor, stupid little faces and wonder Undecided, how do they live?
