RE: What Are You Currently Reading?
Resuming "Demon Haunted World" by Carl Sagan. Then I'll move on to a Christopher Hitchens book, "God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything." Meanwhile, I'll probably also read some "Clockwork Angel." It's a fiction book. I like those too. Tongue

I need some fiction after the two books I have now. I am waiting for Patrick Rothfuss to publish the third book in the King Killer Series. The first two were great.

The Hemmingway novella: The Old Man and the Sea

I read it when I was 9, and I just loved it. I go back to it about every 10 years. It's a wonderful story with lots of Christian symbolism. I did not catch that when I was 9.

It is a fish story.

I dont know if I'd consider it "reading" but I am currently going through the Walking Dead comics. (We have the first two Compendiums.)

It is good, a really seamless continuation of the story.

"The ocean calls. Some part of our being knows this is from where we came. We long to return. These aspirations are not, I think, irreverent, although they may trouble whatever gods may be."

Incredible, Carl Sagan!

Everyday is judgement day. Use your judgement, use reason.

RE: What Are You Currently Reading?
I recently finished A Feast For Crows by George RR Martin and have been looking at the next book - A Dance With Dragons. It has even more pages and smaller print...my pain med addled brain just wouldn't let me start it this week - hopefully this weekend. I am enjoying the whole series of 'A Song of Ice and Fire'.

I'm not anti-social. I'm pro-solitude.

Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut, though it is short and I am now finished with it as of an hour ago.
