I am reading A History of God and A biography of George Washington

I just started reading "god is not great"

I'm about 200 pages from finishing "The Stand."

I've also started "1984."

And slowly making my way through "Fatal Flaws" which is some creationist anti-evolution book. I'm trying to see how many fatal flaws I can pick out of this book without looking them up. Then I'm going to look them up and I might write a review/critique.

A friend recommended Biocentrism by Robert Lanza. It sounds very weird, so I think I'll read it next out of curiosity!!

If this Topic interests you at all, this is a fantastically written book. Disclaimer: It WILL piss you off! I'm no economist so its written for the lay person, however you still won't understand half the bullshit that goes on because I don't think they understand half of it either!

Can you give some backround on Bethany Mclean? I tried looking em up, but the Wikipedia page is fairly empty, except something about a scandal and the authors work as an investment banker.

Beside the fact that I saw her on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart endorsing her book, no I can't. I'll see if I can find anything later though.
