Be careful, it only gets much much easier with practice.

As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
And I will show you something different from either
Your shadow at morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you;
I will show you fear in a handful of dust.

RE: What are Atheists doing Sunday mornings?
I guess, since I asked the question, I have to fess up and tell you what I did Sunday morning.

We have a small online bookstore, so I always check first thing if any books were ordered during the night. Nary a one.

Then I had to feed the half-cat (only half-ours) – we call him Dumpling (he fattens up for winter, you wouldn’t believe). We have 4 regular cats (all strays) that live in the house but Dumpling has to be separate because he thinks that once he killed our other 4 cats (and he could), he would move in and be the boss (he is a stray who showed up one day and demanded to be fed.)

Following this, I went outside to my greenhouse project, trying to figure out what to do next. This project started out with a very nebulous idea and has evolved, mutated and grown since. Mostly I am just flying by the seat of my pants, spending a lot of money and hoping for the best.

By the time I came back in, the other four cats were all around my feet, demanding their breakfast. I dished it out and checked in with the Atheists – not a sole! That is when the terrible idea hit me that you all may be at the church – so I started this thread (just for fun).

Then my wife woke up and our day started.

Typical Sunday morning at Zatamon-land.

Come to think of it: typical any day at Zatamon-land (we are retired).

I've found it's getting harder to stomach them, although that might be down to trying stronger stuff.

Sorry Lady I'm an omnivore with cat tendencies. I'll eat anything available but look forward to fish =p.

I'm not a non believer, I believe in the possibility of anything. I just don't let the actuality of something be determined by a 3rd party.

Sundays: I go for a long walk around a lake that's close to my apartment.
Every other day I walk or ride the trail behind my apartment.

RE: What are Atheists doing Sunday mornings?
During the semester I end up doing homework at my job. It's so quiet Sunday mornings, I can usually be more productive than I would be at home. And I usually end up listening to the most recent TTA podcast or any of the other Youtube Atheists that I've found.

Of all the ideas put forth by science, it is the principle of Superposition that can undo any power of the gods. For the accumulation of smaller actions has the ability to create, destroy, and move the world.

It could be worse, it could be "waking up next to what you thought was a hot girl from the club" But you had on beer googles and she turns out to be a traffic cone.
