RE: What are you doing right now?
Rewatching Jesus Camp and essentially snowed in. Missed Mass and A Christmas Carol last night because the estimated 6-12 inches of snow started and I came home (rightfully it turned out, 30 minutes into when I would've been at Mass, everything was covered). Winter storm warning through 8pm.

Need to think of a witty signature.

RE: What are you doing right now?
Our new free treadmill was acting up, slipping and emitting odors and the like. I tried adjusting the walking belt to no avail. took the cover off and found the drive belt about half off the roller pulley, and the machine was obviously defective in both build and design. I did a little bending and added a supplemental bolt, moved the drive pulley on the roller, adjusted the rev sensor to the new pulley position, and we are doing testing with the cover off.

Sewing and listening to podcasts...been doing that most of the day.

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Waiting to be taken to the train station so I can go home.

"Don't answer that. A rhetorical question."

We had several very large branches snap off our maple tree in the ice storm. It took out our fence so I've spent some of the day cleaning up the mess. We need to sharpen the chain saw though to cut up the big limbs. It's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

RE: What are you doing right now?
I made a "deep throat" slide attachment (jig) for my table saw, which has a small table, because it is portable. I use it for bigger pieces of wood, so I had to make that jig. I put it all together square with a metal-reinforced epoxy called "JB-Weld", but I dropped it and one glue joint broke. I drilled and tapped a dozen holes and put screws in them to make it so rigid that it will stay square.

Sewing... that sounds like a good idea right now. I need to keep my mind busy.
