RE: What are you playing?
So just bought some new hardware for my pc, 250gb Hard Drive upgrade from the current 80gb, 4gb ram upgrade from current 2gb ram a pc controller and a SATA to usb enclosure to use my current 80gb as an extra external hard drive. Also bought Fallout 3 so pretty soon im going to be gaming hard, also play some Borderlands. Unfortunately not much i can do for this laptop but this should help a bit.

Before you start playing Fallout 3, what kind of processor do you use? FO3 will sometimes crash since it's optimized in it's preferences for Dual-Core chips, and nothing beyond that. There's also a bucket load of other errors I can talk about, but that's the first one.

Then I reckon you'll be fine, but if the game crashes for no reason over and over again early in the game, it's probably that very issue. If it crashes at random times in the playthorugh, it's just the Gamebyro engine being a bitch.

Alright, thanks for the heads up.

How have you even managed with an 80gb drive?

Are we talking about a 250gb SSD?...

Very carefully and nah, SSD's are too expensive, a 250gb SSD is like over $100 on Amazon, the Hard Drive I bought was $24 an I only had a budget of $75.

With a $75 budget, that was about as well played as could be expected.

Yeah I'm proud of myself. Between the 250gb hard drive and converting my 80gb to an external hard drive i should have plenty of space.

RE: What are you playing?
So, I got Total War: Medieval II recently and started playing.

Things are going relatively well for me until... The fucking Scots invade. And then the French.

I'm not concerned about the French, my fortress of Caen can deal with those little creatures. However, the Scots are a different issue entirely. They already took York from me in a surprise assault.

Now that I've finally managed to get something together to fight those barbarians off, the Pope demands that I stop fighting them and proceeds to threaten me with excommunication!

Fuck you too, Pope! I'm taking my land back and then I'm going to exterminate the Scot capitol for spite.

Edit: turns out I wont, since Spain then invaded Ireland...

The people closely associated with the namesake of female canines are suffering from a nondescript form of lunacy.
