Your characterisation of it is bullshit. As somebody who actually played the game, I can say that with the assurance of experience. You can redo your immediate decisions, but you can't see the long-standing fallout and just pop back in time and see the difference like you could with quick-save.
Furthermore, the game doesn't even have a quick-save option.

Jeeze dude, calm down. I don't get mad at you for insulting pro-wrestling at every time I pull it up. What can I say; the narrative annoyed me. For example: The rich kid in class insults me for not having the right answer when asked, like she spends time bulling me. I expected to have the choice to tell her to go fuck herself with a pencil shapener. I couldn't do that. The teatcher also didn't react. As a person that has had a little shit here and there on my own at school, I found that annoying, and a little close to heart. In games similar to this, like the Telltale games (Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us), I could respond to insults like this if I felt like it, but that's not the way the narrative or character acts in this game. This leads to me not being in full control of my character, which doesn't resonate with me at all, atleast not in a narrative driven game. Now you could enact payback on the bratty rich kid with that paint thing, and after I drenched her in paint, then I was given the option to tell her to fuck off (if I wanted to).

I made it as far as the bathroom incident. I walked up to the principal and wanted to report that guy for what he did. Then I encounted one of the most annoying recurring plot devices I know: "Jerk has rich parents, therefore he is free of any suspicion, for any accusation". In the US, in that day and age, and for that accusation... no, not buying it. That was right around where I quit the game, maybe because I had a headache or something, and getting used to the butterfly effect idea of the game wasn't appealing or helping at the time.

So there you have the whole reason why I uninstalled the game I bought at a sale for 7 dollars or something. That was also why I didn't get overly mad on it either (dispite being "pissed" at it), just another summersale game I won't touch in the near future. I might play it again when I get used to the butterfly effect idea of the game.

No, those are perfectly legitimate reasons to dislike the game. I just didn't get it before, you have my apologies.

You don't need to worry about me being angry. Trust me, not once have you ever gotten close to pissing me off. Only two people on this forum have succeeded in that and you sir, are not remotely near their level dickery.

RE: What are you playing?
They just added big team battle to Halo 5 this week which means 1 thing and 1 thing only.. LAZER!!!!
The Spartan lazer is my mother fucking jam, well after the DMR and SMG of course. eeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrBANG!!
Every time I get a kill with it I'm bouncing up and down in my chair laughing like a school girl.

And the best thing is, nobody seems to go for it because while it's a power weapon it's trash for killing people (it's an anti-vehicle weapon) but that's why it's so fun. Lazer the snipers, the dude that literally just got in the scorpion tank, the dude on my team that at the last second walks infront of me and gets killed. ><

Good times, good times.

A strategy/rogue-like/rpg called Thea: The Awakening. Really enjoying it, though rogue-like is my favorite video game genre so the question is not will I enjoy this game but how could I not.

(when I'm not wrecking scorpion tanks with the Spartan lazer in Halo 5, dealing with traffic congestion in Cities Skylines or getting frustrated by a stupid dog that wont get the fuck out of the doorway in Fallout 4 of course).

RE: What are you playing?
Elite: Dangerous is $17 NZD on Steam right now, 67% off.

The temptation struggle is real.

edit: Ohhhhh and CK2 is 75% off! WHY STEAM! WHY! I was on track to save money this paycheck damn it!!
And besides, where the fuck am I gonna find the time to fit in Elite Dangerous and especially CK2??? In between Fallout 4 and Halo and EU4 (which has a new expansion coming out in a week) and Cities Skylines and work (which is gonna be flat out next month). This is such bullshit. How the fuck do people have time to do all this sort of thing AND have kids??? fuck that noise!

Time to cash in all my holiday pay and just get it paid out to me I think.

AND Rome 2 Total War!!!!
WHAT IS THIS MADNESS! (actually in fairness I could give this a miss and not be fussed).
