Bagels, like anything else, can be good or bad depending on the recipe and baker. I love Lender's bagels I buy at the market. They're a nationwide chain but quality bagels. Onion are my favorite. I like them with cream cheese and toasted. Smile

I don't know where you are but bagels are as common as sliced bread here.

Kale and spinach omelet, Arkansas bacon, toast for breakfast.
Cold pork&beans, pickled beets and the best bratwurst I ever ate (made by the local meat market). Yum!
