RE: What did you eat today?
my stomach is bulging from all the food I ate today! I woke up, had a sweet potato with a large spoon full of almond butter. Then I had a huge vegetable omelette with half a pint of egg whites and giant hand full of whole food's "detox salad", a finger full of peanut butter and some prunes, I had half of an egg plant, roasted on my stove; a huge pan full of roasted bell peppers. 250 grams of cod, a small bowl of full fat greek yogurt with ground cocao bean, then I went out to my mom's dinner and I wasn't that hungry, so I had a huge plate of roasted vegetables of whatever the restaurant was serving. Broccoli, squash, bell pepper, green beans. Then I was hungry AGAIN and I had a can of sardines.

I didn't get any grains in my diet today, but I'll try for tomorrow!

Toast with peanut butter, and finished a corn/black bean salad I made last night, in which I forgot to include cucumber. I'm having something with peanut butter for breakfast regularly now. I don't think it will get old.

Pancakes with honey and coffee twice today and nothing more, gonna be the same manana and a couple of more days. It is getting about time the old check gets here and due to poor planning I don't have any more variety at this point.

Mushrooms with hoisin sauce and white wine vinegar plus basmati rice and beet salad.

Yesterday was Cheerios in the A.M., steak, black beans and rice, and salad for dinner.

There were cookies, too. Big Grin
