Dry:
1 cup A.P. Flour
1 tablespoon White Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1.4 teaspoon Salt

Wet:
1 cup Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Whole Milk
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoon Salted Butter, melted

Mix Wet and Dry separately. heat griddle over med-low. griddle is ready when mist of water boils away instantly. Add Wet to Dry and stir until just combined, don't over-stir. Pour enough batter onto griddle for the size pancake you want. Don't try to eat too many, they're filling! Makes 2 servings.
Sounds great but I wish you bitches used metricTongue
What the fuck is a cup and how is that a good unit of measurement when different ingredients measured to the same volume vary so much in weight ? Makes my head hurt Big Grin its a pity as those pancakes sound nice to make.

I ate like 12 peaches because they were just so perfect. I'm not feeling too well, but I don't regret it.

RE: What did you eat today?
So far just a coffee--finally made it to Starbucks Wink and a kale apple smoothie. I'm making some quinoa hummus carrot wraps for my cookout, going to be grilling some portobello mushroom "burgers" and hotdogs/hamburgers for the meat eaters. Have some yummy watermelon to cut up too Thumbsup I also made a millet salad which came out pretty good. And my salt n vinegar potato chips Drooling I found some chocolate fudge vegan cupcakes at the grocery store for dessert Drooling Maybe I could just eat all the cupcakes by myself now and not tell anybody about them Consider Laugh out load

KFC tonight as my sons over for dads funeral. Sadly none of our KFC workers even remotely resembles the smoking hot girl on the latest ad for their wraps
