Zucchini and carrots were from the garden and the goat cheese was homemade.

this sounds amazing. I love seitan. Which always sounds funny when an atheist says it. Smile

yay! hi there Smile I love a good cabbage.

I vacillate between vegetarianism and veganism. I haven't eaten meat for 2/3 of my life, but I still struggle with cheese, butter and eggs. For milk, I moved on to almond. It's tough. I have a lot of admiration for vegans!

RE: What did you eat today?
Going to buy some fresh caught salmon today for tonight's dinner. I have baby taters and summer squash and corn and tomatoes in the garden to go with it. Probably I'll grill everything but the tomatoes and have those sliced on the side - soo good, fresh off the vine and sun ripened. Sweet, juicy goodness... Drooling

Some goat cheese and some Munster on toasted brioche, also a few slices of tomato. I'll probably have some noodle before I head off to work. I hope it's a light evening at work, I just don't feel like stuffing myself today just to get necessary calories.

Sour cream chicken enchiladas.
