Looks good, but if my appetite has a vengeance, it has to have beef, not eggs. I can keep it at bay most of the time, but every once in a while, I will just NAIL a steak. I haven't had steak in weeks. I'm working on keeping my saturated fat to a minimum. The urge is starting to build... Ohmy

...and I said the other day that I was going to have a lamb vindaloo today for lunch. I chickened out and had chicken chili, which wasn't even that good. Dodgy I am disappoint in my own self.

Eggs are about the closest I'm gonna get when she's doing the cooking, being a vegetarian and all. Which is fine, because eggs are considered a slightly more complete protein than meat, so in a purely practical sense, they'll do Big Grin

And still being in the middle of a string of midnight to noon shifts, I don't feel too inclined to cook.
