Breakfast: egg whites and whole grain waffles with raspberries and blueberries, and a cup of coffee
Lunch: protein smoothie
Snack: some almonds and cheese
Dinner: Chicken fajitas with peppers and onions, and whole wheat wraps

Bangers and mash with onion gravy tonight. Sausages are special from our local butcher they are 92% meat content with lots of sage and other herbs and are totally deliciousDrooling Ps adding celeriac to the mashed potatoes

Pulled Pork (1) and Coleslaw (2)

(1) Pork shoulder rubbed with an onion, tomato, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and oregano paste and placed in a dutch oven for 5 hours to think about how naughty it has been.

(2) Shredded cabbage, carrots and broccoli, homemade avocado oil mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, and white Modena vinegar.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go back for seconds. Big Grin
