Liverwurst and onion on killer bread. Killer bread should not be called bread. With 5g of fiber and protein per slice it should be marketed as a nutritional supplement. Smile

There is only one really serious philosophical question, and that is suicide. -Camus

RE: What did you eat today?
We have a nice Italian bread loaf in the house, so I had a slice of that for breakfast with a cup of tea.

Lunch was leftover butter chicken and potatoes.

Had a cup of coffee and a bit more of the bread (one piece with peanut butter, the other with jam) when I got home from work.

Currently supper is slow-cooking in the oven: Pork shoulder steaks seasoned with salt, pepper and smoked paprika, then wrapped in heavy foil and baked at 250°F for a couple of hours.

Tom kha. A lot of it. I reasoned that because I won't be home tomorrow I had to finish my share of the leftover portion of the recipe today. I'm not feeling so well, actually, but it was worth it.

Very similar in taste. Tom yum traditionally uses dairy milk, while Tom kha uses coconut milk. Westernized menus often use tom yum to refer to either, though.

I've never had tom yum but my bf gets it when we go to Thai restaurants. Tom kha sounds good, I'll have to give it a try Thumbsup

Meatballs.
I was too lazy to put on any noodles to make true spaghetti. Blush

I give it my seal of approval Tongue

Probably my favorite of all soups if it's made right, and usually vegan by default if you get it with tofu. We used seitan.

RE: What did you eat today?
Brekky was peanut butter toast and veggie sausage patties.

Lunch was cheese toast on multigrain bread.

Dinner was a roast beef flatbread at Subway. (spinach, onion, v&o)

That really wasn't enough, so fourthmeal was multigrain toast with unsalted butter, garlic bagel chips, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
