That kind of reminds me of something my (Polish) grandma used to make: Golumpki. Basically stuffed cabbage leaf with meat and a sauce on top. Obviously not vegan Tongue Although, I'm pretty sure I could veganize them Thumbsup Anyway, my brothers love them (the meat version).

I ate vegan version of this dish, instead of stuffing cabbage leafs we stuffed paprika with rice. Was quite good.

Isn't bad but as far as vegetarian dishes go it's nothing spectacular. Hope you will find it tasty.
