Breakfast: latte, chocolate chip muffin, and a grapefruit

For Lunch: chickpea salad with lettuce on pita bread, peppermint tea

For Dinner: burrito, tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa, and tequila or beer

I'm not a big breakfast fan. But I do love my coffee. Grind my own beans and in my personal opinion that makes for the best coffee. So with two cups this morning I'm ready to start my day. Probably by taking a nap lol.

I get to decide what my life looks like, not the other way around.

I had ocean perch, grilled with lemon pepper seasoning, with corn and broccoli on the side (all ordered from a local "Family Restaurant"). It occurred to me after ordering that this is exactly the kind of thing I would have had on a Friday in Lent back when I was Catholic. That means nothing to me now, but it was still a pretty good meal.

It was. I had doubts about such blend of flavors but they were misplaced.

strawberry banana smoothie with pumpkin and chia seeds crushed up inside, 2 potato patties with chutney and white pea curry

Dinner will be pizza with mushrooms, onion, peppers, and black olives

Pizza with mushrooms? Hell yes! I love mushrooms but unfortunately for me, my wife and daughter hates them. If I had my way I'd put them on / in most everything I cook.
