"The Manhandler" sandwich -- Texas beef brisket, hot link sausage, and hellfire pickles -- from a local BBQ joint.

Certainly not the healthiest thing I've ever eaten, but it was mighty tasty!

An entire family size bucket of fried chicken four orders of fries two corn on the cob four pints of vanilla caramel icecream with wafers one whole chocolate cheesecake. I feel a bit sick for some reason. Sad

So, I made the cookies and they weren't too horrible. XD Definitely tasted like banana (husband didn't like them too much so I made him healthy brownies and they're almost completely gobbled up now.)

I used:

- 1 cup of matcha
- 2 cups of almond butter
- 2 Nanners
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 2 eggs
I also snuck some of my husband's vanilla protein powder for a little extra taste.

I would do all of the above but replace the nanners with medjool dates. Smile

I wish I could share them with you both. Smile
