RE: What did you eat today?
Ham and cheese sandwich and orange juice in the morning.

Ice cream and cookies instead of lunch.

Milk and cereal at night.

Not proud of myself, but it was one of my best days considering all the junk I've been eating lately.

RE: What did you eat today?
Spaghetti. Sauce made from our tomatoes, our onions, our chives, our basil and oregano, and store bought frozen meatballs. I could do without the meatballs but hubby insists that a meal without meat is just a large snack.

What is a Spanish fried egg?

You fill a pan like maybe 1/2 inch with olive oil, let it get super hot, and then crack an egg into it. You can sprinkle some seasonings, and then you ''fold'' the crisping sizzling white sides over around the yolk, but the yolk should be a little runny, not too much. Well, my yolk was totally cooked through. Ugh. Blush

That damn cooking show made it look so easy! Weeping

Sounds like you had an extra extra fried egg Tongue

Cooking shows always cook so neatly. No food splatter or spills anywhere. When I cook, it looks like a food crime scene when I'm done Hobo Big Grin
