Yes they are Smile. I have trouble getting them from the garden to the house - somehow half of them disappear on the way.

RE: What did you eat today?
None of the yellow tomatoes (Sungold, etc.) seem to do well in my garden. But the sweet cherry 100s just go apeshit year after year. This year I planted a black cherry tomato. They have been a complete waste of space.

And by the way, I knew it would happen sooner or later... Gave a single red dragon pepper to a friend and warned him heartily about it. He left it on his table untouched. Then one of the party animals slurred something about never meeting a pepper he couldn't handle. So he took a big old bite off of it---like half of it in his mouth at once. And spent the next 15 minutes at the sink trying to wash it out of his mouth. Of course our friend had NO milk and NO bread to help. He was laughing too hard anyway. Several days later, party animal still has no active taste buds.

Where are we going and why am I in this hand basket?

The Sungold are temperamental (probably just temperature sensitive). Give them more chances. Because when they have a good year - you will swoon.

I watched a guy eat a super hot dish in an Indian restaurant in London - he was showing off. He darn near died, he could not breathe and couldn't swallow the plain yoghurt the waiter rushed to bring. I am never going to try that!

Cayenne are my hot peppers of preference. I grow them, dry them, crush them and sprinkle them on most anything when in the mood for heat. They also help asthma - but I find capsules of capsaicin don't work, it has to be the whole thing.

RE: What did you eat today?
Our tomatoes aren't quite ready but zucchini, cucumber, strawberries, lettuce, sugar snap peas, and green beans are going nuts. Not many actual radishes, but plenty of radish pods.

Also plenty to forage at the moment. Anxious for a couple days off to head to the property up north and check all the various forage locations out in the sticks I stored on my trail GPS last year. I plan on getting enough apples to make a.year's supply of apple jam again Tongue
