I'm gonna go ahead and disagree with this. Science cannot function outside of logic. Logic is absolutely paramount in the application of science. Without logic you would not be able to get from hypothesis to conclusion.

8000 years before Jesus, the Egyptian god Horus said, "I am the way, the truth, the life."

I didn't say it can, I just said that they complement each other
Logic as abstract rules and science using observations

The reason your so-called "proof" is unacceptable in our eyes is that there are no observations of your god. I cannot believe in a god for which there is no physical evidence, and I certainly won't bother worshipping something if I don't believe in it.

Kindly ask Allah to stop by My home for a cup of tea, and then -- Only then -- I might be able to believe that it exists.

Also, every part of his supposed proof is logically false... so there's that.

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

RE: What is a proof?
This is a proof...

Code:
p: The Bible is God's word.*
q: The Bible says that God cannot lie.**
h: The Bible says that God exists.***
i: God cannot lie.
j: God exists.

[(p∧q⇒i)∧h]⇒j

* Proven by 2 Timothy 3:16.
** Proven by Numbers 23:19.
*** Proven by John 3:16.

It proves that God exists.

<=3 this proves balls. What else do you use to represent a ball in 2D? A circle. Kinda like your reasoning.

No it doesn't. It's circular logic. A fallacy. You cannot use something internal to the system you are attempting to prove as part of the proof. A Sixth Grader knows that. You also have not demonstrated your premises are sound. Only asserted them. #1 is not sound. Timothy said ALL scripture was inspired. When he said that there was no New Testament. Oops.

Sucks to be you, KittensForJebus.

Insufferable know-it-all.Einstein God has a plan for us. Please stop screwing it up with your prayers.

No, it doesn't, p is unproven and assumes the consequent. You fail.

Oh, and you really suck at logic.

Oh do keep up. We only accept the holy Quran as proof in this thread.

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.
