Is it just me or does he look like he's getting a blowjob just below camera?

Extreme heat and extreme cold are not friends to a car battery.

We learned that our first full summer here in TX when we laid the batteries in all the cars to rest. A couple years ago we had the fun of having to replace the battery in my car, that apparently froze to death when we had an ice storm that entombed my car in a glacier. Hours with a hair dryer got me into one door only to find out that the battery is in the very back of the car near the hatch that wasn't opening - no way, no how. So it was climb from the front seat to the back to the way, way back, take out the fake floor, wrestle the old battery out and then do it all again to install the new battery. My husband is too tall for maneuvers like that so he was calling out instructions to me.

Come to think if it, I have to get my oil changed here real soon, I am going to ask them to check my battery...I may start doing that every oil change.

For future reference, if you can get to the controls, just turn on the headlights in that kind of cold weather. The current draw through the battery will help thaw the frozen electrolyte enough to start the car without resorting to extreme measures. I spent a couple of winters in Idaho, in weather as cold as -28°F, with a wind chill to -60°F.

Oh, damn. You were in forward recon? Suck it up and pretend it's mud, soldier! It also helps if you can pretend that the people you are interviewing with look like sheep. /Hunter Thompson

Not a real interview. More just taking it upon myself to begin gathering information Smile I'm doing asset protection at a mine in Ontario but want to eventually work at one opening in Québec next year, so I paid their head office a surprise visit. The internet says not to create your own interview uninvited, but what the hell do they know about reality? Tongue I have every intention of knowing every single person in human resources by name by the time the job even gets posted.

Now that is a pretty smart strategy. If this is the career you want, good luck with it.
