Speaking of cycles, I don't think I've shared that I got a new bike. I mean, it's slightly used but it's new to me and hardly ridden by my friend who gave it to me. A free Schwinn for the win!

And that's how I reacted.

Now I wonder what happens from here?

Well one of the things that happens is I need to start riding more often. There's a nice trail not too far from where I live. I've ridden it a couple of times so far, but it's tough for me to get into a steady and consistent exercise routine.

Seriously though, speaking of bikes, my brother just did a 160k ride to raise money for MS. That's a long ride, especially since about three years ago he could mbarely make it around the block twice, and that was after he'd already lost over 75 pounds.

Who says atheists aren't charitable?!

Wow, that's encouraging. I found after my first ride that my butt hurt too much to ride as far the second day. I don't remember that issue as a kid. I may have to find a cushier seat.

My bike is red.

Ya know, I dug my old bike out of the garage last summer and I hadn't ridden in like a million years.
It's not true what they say about riding a bicycle. You do forget.
