I just looked in the fridge and it's barren and it's to late to thaw something!

Now I need to get inventive and see what I have in the cabinets, plus I still have tomatoes ripening (loooong summer this year) and squash and pears and grapes...

I have tuna in cans, I have cheese....rice....

I have beer, Hefeweizen yet!

Oh, and lettuce is already pickable in the fall (autumn) garden... and bok choy.

I'll survive, lol.

Any suggestions anyone?

Tuna mornay with rice? Yum

Oh, like a tuna casserole with rice and various veggies and topped with cheese?

Oh, and I have fresh peppers too, both sweet and hot.

Yep, that's it. There are many variations but that's why it's so good as you can make it your own Thumbsup

Thanks, that's what I am going to do. I never think to use canned tuna, I stock it for emergencies, and hubby used to like making a sandwich for himself for lunch with it. I need to use it up anyways.

Off to the kitchen I trot....

Bacon-wrapped sausage with vegetables. ... Typing this from the ER.

As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
And I will show you something different from either
Your shadow at morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you;
I will show you fear in a handful of dust.

Where are the veggies? What is that big lump - oversized bacon?

Did it give you a heart attack?
