A small pack of assorted melon pieces. Nice but not overly substantial. I did have a beef steaklet earlier with gravy, chips and beans though so I shouldn't complain. Plus I'm only on 525 calories for the day so that's a bonus.

Best and worst of Ferdinand .....
Best
Ferdinand: We don't really say 'theist' in Alabama. Here, you're either a Christian, or you're from Afghanistan and we fucking hate you.
Worst
Ferdinand: Everyone from British is so, like, fucking retarded.

I'm an unusual dieter. I like to yo-yo. I love the idea that if I half starve myself for around three months I can then eat anything and everything I want totally guilt-free for the next eighteen, and then repeat the process. As such my aim is to shed weight as quickly as possible, I wanna be able to eat freely at Christmas.

Errr...you know that's really bad for your system, don't you? It's a form of bulimia or what they call yo-yo dieting. It has several implications associated with it.
Stop it now, naughty boy!

OK, I'm in the U.S.A. Who will be the first to guess what I had for dinner today?

To win, you must correctly identify:
  • main course
  • at least two side dishes
  • at least one dessert
Extra credit and a bonus prize for 3 or more sides, a garnish, 2 or more desserts.

3, 2, 1, ...

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.
