RE: What did you eat today?
Baked vegan with carrots and sweet potatoes.
Take one leg of vegan, (a vegetarian will do if vegans are unobtainable)
Stud the leg of vegan with garlic and rosemary roast for 20 mins per pound and ten mins over.
Serve with boiled carrots and sweet potatoes and serve cold leftovers with baked potato's and salad ( this salad homage will appease the vegans and prevent bad karma) Laugh out load Tongue

Oatmeal, toast w/blackberry jam. Nothing too special yet. Vegetable stir fry for dinner probably.

RE: What did you eat today?
My girlfriend's family has me hooked on Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. Picked some up at the grocery store the other day, and yesterday I made two chicken sandwiches out of the chicken breast I made in the oven. Threw some lettuce on it and salted it with the creole seasoning. Wonderful flavor. I love anything cajun. As a side, I fried some potatoes with an onion in some coconut oil. Used some of the TC creole on there, and man, it was so good.

I plan on trying the seasoning with some red beans in a crockpot sometime.
