Do you wrap the bacon around the asparagus?

That sounds like a country ham, only with duck!

Last night - Hot Curried Beef (I used cubed sirloin) with black rice, quinoa, and chia. Even ManlyGirl loved it and she ain't much on ethnic cooking. All I did was just use this:

Tonight - Butter Chicken with black rice, quinoa, and chia. I'm gonna use chicken thighs 'cause they got more flavor than the breasts and this:

Yeah, I cheat. Tongue

I'm definitely a thigh man. I use thighs when I make chicken cacciatore.

I will have to try that - thanks for the tip. Thumbsup

Nope, they served the asparagus in pristine glory, four or five fat stalks on a plate with just a sprinkling of herbs and chopped hardboiled egg. Lovely.

Mmm. Sounds good. Patak's curry pastes are very respectable. I wouldn't call it cheating.

Black rice. Yes! Quinoa? Sure. But chia? I thought that was just for pets. Tongue

This shit was marked down from $7 to $1.50 at my Safeway. Stocked up.

Caramelized a couple onions, browned some sirloin cubes, threw in a shitload of chili powder, pepper, garlic and a big can of pinto beans and a big can of diced tomatoes and I got chili. Big Grin

It's pepperoni and cheese omelet time. This is so bad for me.
