I had pizza and beer last night. Love some comfort food here and there. Pizza and beer is that to me. Frozen burritos (well, thawed and cooked) and sprite was that for hubby.

Damn, I haven't had pork chops in a while, need to fix me some. How do you do yours, Anj? I either grill mine (big surprise there), or I flour them and pan-fry them in a little vegetable oil, if they're breakfast chops.
