RE: What did you eat today?
Made from scratch Buttermilk Pancakes and Bacon!

Dry:
1 cup A.P. Flour
1 tablespoon White Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1.4 teaspoon Salt

Wet:
1 cup Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Whole Milk
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoon Salted Butter, melted

Mix Wet and Dry separately. heat griddle over med-low. griddle is ready when mist of water boils away instantly. Add Wet to Dry and stir until just combined, don't over-stir. Pour enough batter onto griddle for the size pancake you want. Don't try to eat too many, they're filling! Makes 2 servings.

What the fuck is a cup and how is that a good unit of measurement when different ingredients measured to the same volume vary so much in weight ? Makes my head hurt Big Grin its a pity as those pancakes sound nice to make.

I ate like 12 peaches because they were just so perfect. I'm not feeling too well, but I don't regret it.
