RE: What did you eat today?
Just ate an apple fritter left over from yesterday. Fifteen seconds in the microwave softened the breading and warmed the apple. Pretty tasty.

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

The hippies are coming out with some pretty good fast food chains. I think they call them eco-chic or something. Fucking hippies. Anyway, there are a number worth trying. Start with sweetgreen

Ooooh! That looks more like my kind of place!

Some weirdness with slow cookers, for me. If I eat any beef product from a slow cooker, I get such bad heartburn you wouldn't believe it. But if I grill any kind of beef (to any level of done), or cook it in a skillet, no problem. Like I say, weird.

The other night I made homemade pizza:

Crust, brushed with a little butter, homemade sauce, a little four-cheese mix (asiago, romano, mozzarella, and parmesan), and some fresh basil:

Toppings -- italian sausage, bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, sliced grape tomatoes, and red onion:

Add more cheese, bake a bit longer (crust has to be pre-baked a little), et voila:

While working out at work (jack shit going on right now), I'm snaking on pork rinds with artichoke asiago dip between sets.

Leftover frozen pizza (accidently left in the oven) for breakfast. Yep. Had to be done. I ate it. I didn't die. So far, so good.
