I was going to do bread -- but I'm just too tired.

I did bake cookies yesterday

A Spanish rice dish with tomatoes and cheddar. Did I mention my wife took Cook's Training in college?

I did a big breakfast, so I'm just having it again. Diced up a couple of potatoes, cooked them up with red bell and jalopeno peppers in some olive oil and some spices, topped with four blend cheddar cheese. Also a variation on pigs in a blanket. I cooked up some maple sausage links and rolled them up in some crescent rolls along with some cream cheese. Them shits are good with a dab of honey on them.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

I had chocolate cake. Been feeling bad for three days, I needed dessert more than I needed supper. It was so good I had two pieces. Big Grin

That's what the doctor ordered. "Take two and call me in the morning."
