Hmm, tonight we are going to have a game stew cooked in a chilli and tomato base, and some couscous. My family are all philistines when it comes to food..so I get to cook Evil_monster

The requirement of evidence to back your claim does not disappear because it hurts your feelings, reality does not care about your feefees.

Looking for recipes right now. We have had beef a lot lately...trying to find a chicken recipe that's easy.

Geez, I really don't like to cook. No

Tried something new tonight: Browned up a pound of lean ground beef and added some spices from a Moroccan spice mix in a magazine: 1 teaspoon each of cumin, coriander and orange peel (grated fresh off an orange I had handy), plus small amounts of salt, cinnamon and ginger. Recipe called for turmeric and cayenne as well, but as I didn't have any turmeric on hand I added a pinch of curry powder instead. Also tossed in a bit of allspice, plus a tablespoon of unsalted butter and then a bit of water to help the spices combine with the cooked meat.

Served this with couscous and the orange that I had used for the orange rind. Nom!

Do you like pork chops? I have a killer recipe that's easy-peasy. Yes
